Second Attempt, Combine Soldier wall

This is my second attempt at a wallpaper featuring the concept art of the combine soldier. I just put the wallpaper together, I didn't create the soldier.

Feedback is appreciated, I'm still learning photoshop. I learned the gradient tool and experimented with using inverse images and I changed the image to a blue tone to create colder colors. I really feel like I have a good understanding of how the magic wand tool works aswell.
