I believe this is the one made by Free Radical, who worked on some of the best FPS games available, such as Goldeneye and Timesplitters 2. This is a third person game about a psychic agent. Other than that I don't know too much, it looks like Psi-Ops but much better. It looks interesting, and the company has a phenomenal track record (with the exception of the first Timesplitters).
