seeing graphics card temperature in windows

Is it possible to see GPU temperature in windows? I want to oc, but don't want to burn it out. I have a vantec pci fan card that's right below it, keeping it cool--I'd like to see the temp with and without.

Somewhere in BIOS at least for me there was a section that monitored temperatures.

most video cards don't have GPU monitoring capabilities.

And believe me, you're computer will lock up before you damage anyhtign serious.
