Seeking a (ex?) Dell employee for reference...

I was contacted at work by a headhunter today, who asked if I was interested in working for Dell (amonst others) because he thought I seemed like I knew a lot about computers after asking me a few questions about laptops (heh). Anyway I was interested in some one who could tell me a bit about what sort of work place it is and how well the internal system works and stuff like that. If you dont feel comfortable with "spilling the beans" on your current or ex workplace just pm me what you think please.

PS: No stories about how you love/hate Dell from a customers side please I know all that stuff Ive heard plenty good and bad.
