Sega Genesis 30-pack for PS2/PSP!

Wow. Those are some great titles! If you aren't already running an emulator on your PSP then this is a great deal! I hope more companies keep doing this!

With over 30 Sega Genesis titles in one pack, the collection is not only a terrific snapshot of what gaming was 15 years ago, but an opportunity for a whole new generation of gamers to experience the titles that once defined Sega as one of gaming's most revered publishers.

There are the games that birthed franchises that live on today -- Sonic the Hedgehog, Shinobi, Phantasy Star, and Golden Axe (which will see a sequel on PS3 and 360) -- but also the greats that have for one reason or another long been forgotten -- Vectorman, Sword of Vermillion, Comix Zone, or Alex Kidd.

That's a strong selling point in terms of the PS3 for me: no region coding for games. So all of the Japanese or EU stuff that the US never gets will be no problem to import. I have been waiting for this day for a long time. Glad Nintendo has been doing it with their handhelds for a little while now though. What good guys!

Wow. I'm considering buying that just for Vectorman 1 and 2.

Remember the Wii will also have the top Sega games on the Virutal Console.

Thanks Cole. Thats a good thing to remember, but not for those who aren't getting a "next-gen" system in the near future....
