Serious HELP needed, kind of weird.

Everytime i play CSS i get lag spikes kind of thing but i know it's not my connection because my ping is always very low and at the end of each round, the game will freeze and then i'll join the next round when the buying time is over. This happens everytime i join a server and at the end of each round. When i go on to the console when this is happening, there's lots of lines saying:
"Received fragment out of order: 10/5" or 5/5 or 1/5. Please help.

wireless internet wont cause it its the servers fault happens to me sometimes also

It could be a whole number of things. Try a lot of different servers. If it happens on all of them it's your end, and if it's your end then check to see if you have viruses/spyware on any of your computers on the network. If all else fails, defrag/check disk on all computers on your network, and/or plug in a lan cable instead of using wireless and see if that helps. All of these could help with lag, or it could not... depends on the computer, and the general location of the planets.

I ask because I had a problem with wireless pasuing every minute or so......this was casued by the computer constantly searching for wireless networks.....I turned that option off and it was fine.
