SERIOUS LARGE PROBLEM. Help please v imp

A couple of days ago, I entered a server full of hackers who hacked my CSS account. Now everytime I shoot with a gun, it doesn't and an automatic message appears: Teh_Icon (my in-game nickname): Bang Bang. My gun won't shoot! Who should I cantact? What should I do? I'm reinstalling the game now....

Ok, you didn't get hacked by hackers nor hacked. In fact it seems the admins on the server have altered your config file so messed up your source...douche bags.

Go to this thread where someone else had the same problem and on halflife 2 death match and delete the config file in CS source. Follow the same place the person says in the thread but in the counter strike source folder...if you understand? Also change the file to read only as they say and it can't happen again. Good luck

Anyone know how to alter configs of clients if you're admin? Because sometimes there are people in my server that are so bitchy and aggressive (racial slang and all) banning them simply won't do.

Just delete your config.cfg file and then re-bind your keys.

If you have Windows XP Pro, encrypt your configs. There will be no in game problems but n00b admins can't alter them. For extra coolness, when they try to hack in, get windows to come up with a dialoge box. When they are trying to hack, they are pretty much defensless. This is when you wreck havok on them and their servers.
