I was wondering if anyone can help me and my Steam friend Scorpion. The server he runs and i admin will evetually become jerky and require a restart. I assume he restarts it because i've never actually had him restart it when i asked him to. usually get a "ok i'll do it later tonight"
anyway, when you're sitting still you don't notice it but as soon as you start moving or firing things get choppy and jerky. not like lag where you feel like you're being paused by God for a split second every few steps. but more like this

when you see the group from Wayne's perspective and the whole room is wavering is EXACTYLY! the way the background is stuttering is what the server gets like. plz help, this is the server if you want to log on and see it first hand
