Server Commands

[NonStopableForce]

I was in a server the other day and i was just starting off and i press the spray button, and it sprays then just because i hit it again and it sprayed again, i could spray as much as i wanted, anytime there wasn't a timer. I have my own server and i want to put that in there, does any one know the command?

Also any one else have some cool server commands?
