Server consistancy on demos?!

I'm tryin got watch a few demos I have but after the last 2 updates...they yell at me about server enforces model consistancy...well...i try turning off "sv_consistancy 0" but it just reverts back to 1 every time....any help?

go to your config and make sure u set it to read only after you edit it

no, still starts up as sv_consistancy "1"....dunno why..I've tried deleting all model/sound directories...nothing works *cry*
