server is out of date

hey all...im trying to get server up through HLDS and it says this to me:

your server is out of date and will not show up on the master server until you restart

do you wish to shut down now?

OK or CANCEL

What can i do to fix it so i can have a dedicated server running. It works for half life but not DOD?

I am posting about my hlds file. Is this a steam file? because if it is then ill gladly move to the steam section but I was not aware of this. I thought it was a HL file so i posted in hl thread!!

ok...now that we're all done with the moving and telling me that it should not be in there is there anyone that can help? ive tried valve and sierra and they dont support products and all kinds of BS. Who do i get help from?

Every time i come here there is no one or 1 person in the steam section and no one can help....please I beg you to help me

Have you tried updating the server? If it's the standalone server you want to be using the hldsupdatetool at the command-line.
