Server Q's: Ranking and Bots

Hey all,

I've got a couple of dedicated server questions. A lot of servers support stats/ranking (where ppl say "rank" and it shows their stats) ... how can I implement this?

Also, with bots, I can use rcon to add and what not, how to set difficulty? Is there a page somewhere that lists a lot of these commands?
