What do you do? I'd start with learning how to form coherent and comprehensive sentences. Then I'd try not to have my first sentence contradict my second sentence.

If you want help (which you seem to often ask for here), learn to use grammar correctly, including fullstops, commas etc. It makes trying to work out what you are trying to communicate to the rest of the world a little less painfull. And for gods sake, THINK about what you want to say, and try to make sense when you say it.

All I can get from your nonsense post there is that you are having problems downloading ANYTHING. Sometimes. And even after two weeks. You didn't say what you are trying to download, or where from, or anything else that could be helpful to anyone trying to help you.

But you're still fluttering around the problem he has. Get to the point, not his grammar.

That IS my point. BECAUSE of his terrible communication skills, I have no idea what the hell he is on about. He can't download. Great. From where? What kind of connection is he on? What is he trying to download? Where is he trying to get it from? What is "that error"?

His rambling question makes no sense and is not going to be easy to help because he hasn't thought about what he wants to ask but if he did then we could help but it's like a monkey on crack just hammered on his keyboard about an unspecified error and something about downloading and is annoying to try to read without many fullstops or thought out questions or any actual proper explaination of just what the hell his problem is or any helpful information.

Just like his other questions he has posted here, is is harder to work out what he wants, than it eventually is to solve his problem.

I'm not even trying to be a grammar nazi. But there is a point where such bad use of english just stops making sense.

And after all that, just persevere. Start giving suggestions on how to fix his Steam problem. I don't think you're on these forums because you don't have enough time and thus get annoyed by posts that aren't time efficient, I think you're on these forums during your free time. Either kindly ask "Could you give some more information, please?", maybe give some tips as to what information he should give, or don't post at all, because you're wasting your precious time.

My time is not that precious. And if someone gets to people like him when they first discover internet forums, and "educate" them on how humans communicate by correctly using written language, then it can save a lot of time and anguish for everyone that encounters any of their future posts, before they make a horrible and eventually unchangeable habit of posting things that are annoying to read and make no sense anyway.

Indeed, but try to slice away some of the unneeded words that just hurt people. An example would be "your nonsense post": It may be nonsense, but you don't have to tell them that unless they really write a nonsensical post (e.g. I HELP NEED DO NOW).

A second example is your first paragraph. It may be a nice introduction, but it is superfluous: your point is just as well extrapolated without it.
Others: "a little less painfull" (painful would better be hard)
"And for gods sake, THINK about what you want to say, and try to make sense when you say it." (would be better phrased as "First, write down the problem and try to find reasons why you have the problem. Try to write comprehensively and logically.")

What my point really is, is that while you may have the best intentions in teaching newbies how to address their problems to other forumnites, but you're doing too bluntly. Calmer and less harsh words will always be better than hard and blunt ones, no matter how well they're used.

Unless they come in typing in ALLCAPS, then you can bash em. :p

I think I know the problem. Delete clientregistry.blob or something like that in your Steam folder, but be sure to make a backup first just in case. Obviously you'll have to put the backup somewhere else.

When you next start up Steam, it'll be a little slow and you'll need to enter your account details, but it should probably work. Worked when I was a newb to Steam, anyway.
