I appreciate Adam's enthusiasm for video games and his defense of the medium in the face of irrational criticism. That said, the guy can be really annoying, and I sometimes find him to be kind of a dick. I don't even think him and Morgan Webb are that great and they all sound real lame.

Well I for one agree with what he's saying. There's too many reviewers these days or jaded individuals that approach everything with the impression that it sucks. As if it's somehow cool to 'go against the flow' simply because a game is receiving much praise by others.

That's funny, because I've noticed the opposite - the complete overrating of hyped up games.

You can tell that Assassin's Creed/Bioshock will get plenty of 90+ reviews before you've even played them or seen more than 1 video of them.

It's a joke, and we need more jaded gamers reviewing games.
