This game is shaping up to be incredible, I hope it delivers...

wow, here's hoping the gameplay delivers, and that there's a demo sometime soon

[sarcasm]. . . no Ron Livingston?! Well, screw that! I'm not buying CoD2![/sarcasm]

Does CoD 2 use ragdoll? Because by the look of the trailers, I haven't seen any...

i prefered Damian Lewis, he was really good in BoB

ok ..is this CoD2? or CoD2: Big Red One ...cuz I'm confused

Heh, that's a really great idea actually. Maybe they'll hire some of the 24 actors for Counter Strike or something :E

I'm leaning towards CoD2. Would have been nice if the thread-starter provided a source, though.

Usually I'm not like this but I will not buy CoD2 if there is no ragdoll. I usually can live without modern conveniences in games but come on, it's 2005 and this is a high budget FPS game with a very high profile. It must have at least some kind of physics. I hate seeing animated deaths and then see them clip through doors and walls.

That's totally ridiculous that it has no ragdoll. Get with the times IW.

Frank John Hughes - SSgt. William "Wild Bill" Guarnere
James Madio - Sgt. Frank Perconte

btw all ww2 fans should watch the Sam Fuller movie The Big Red One ...great gritty ww2 flick ..watch for a very young Mark Hammil as a green recruit

That was on TV the other day right? I missed it :(

wtf. next-gen title DOESN'T use ragdoll? /cry.
I believe it dosn't use ragdolls, but they wont clip, they will align themselves to the enviroment.
I think Halo and Rainbow Six 3(Pc, didn't look at consoles) have this feature.

Actually I read in PC Gamer that the developers put some characters into a physics simulation, blew them up, recorded how they went flying off into the air and used it as an animation in the game.

So yeah, kinda ragdolls.

well maybe they do have ragdolls..............just after the death animations.....like in Halo2
