shaky legs!!!

hi i just installed the game and everything seems to work fine but sometimes the characters seems to have a shaky leg im not sure if its a bug or its because of my settings. If a character stands in front of me then the textures of their legs shivers.

AMD Athlon 3200+
512 RAM
Radeon 9800 Pro
Catalyst 4.12 beta

I'm having the exact same problem. Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to fix it and haven't even been looking. Instead, I've been trying to figure out how to keep the game from crashing every few minutes (and I've tried updating every driver there is).

Sigh. I know another one who's having this problem, too, so we're not alone.
