methinks its a rip off, probably get bad sales too since its already been done before.
 
Depends when they started production. Wouldnt be the first time that the same idea was done twice in two different places.

Direwolf has a point though "depends when they started" more often than not these projects do begin around the same time and there isn't anything "fishy" :p going on. It's just timing. Though you might find someone right at the top who's making money from both, but its purely a coincidence, I assure you ;) hehe
