Shells for Windows

Does anyone know where I can get different shells for Windows to replace explorer.exe?

I've tried BBblue/box and don't like them, so open to other suggestions.

I've tried loads, I really want one that has more user features for organisation, sleak look but no stupid fonts. Has to be simple to use.
