Shipping from usa to se asia

What would be the cheapest option for me to ship a 30kg item from usa to se asia? I would not mind ship as well, cheaper than air..

I don't think there is a cheap way. I had a labmate from Thailand who shipped electronics and random stuff (golf clubs, guitars, etc.) back home. As far as I know, he used USPS, and I'm guessing this was after he looked into all the other options sometime during his 4 years in the US (or maybe he didn't and just didn't care ). Shipping cost like $50-$100. Supposedly the ridiculously high prices on electronics in Asia still made it worth it.
