Shooting at Montreal College

At least four people were reported dead following a shooting spree Wednesday afternoon at a Montreal college.

At least 16 other people were reported injured.

Montreal police confirmed that at least one suspect had been "neutralized."

Eyewitnesses say they saw a tall skinny man, wearing a black trench coat and a Mohawk haircut, walk into the cafeteria carrying a large gun. He apparently fired several shots.

Police wouldn't immediately confirm whether there was a second suspect. However, there were reports that a second gunman fatally shot himself at the scene

damn last time this sort of thing happened it was also at a college in montreal: l'Ecole Polytechnique in 1989 where 14 women were killed.

I study in La Salle college, just one block away from that, I just got out from my classes, St. Catherine avenue is full of cops, helicopters are flying all over the place, crazy, Metro stations Guy Concordia and Atwater are closed, to think that this could happen to my college instead of that one, part of the reasons I came to this country was to escape the high rates of delinquency that are running rampant in my country, and now this happens here, I feel sorry fro al the victims here, this is terrible...
