Well, I just built my friends new computer. (P4 3.2, 1 G Dual channel, Radeon 256 9800Pro, Augidy 2 ZS, 160 G RAID 0 etc...) And this only happens with UT2004. I will be playing and about 15 minutes into the game the computer will restart. I put in a 425 W PSU from PC power and Cooling and a cooler master heatsink rated for the P4 3.2. I don't understand because I can play any other game for as long as i want without the system crashing. Is this a graphics driver issue?

oh yea, after the computer crashed, I checked the BIOS and the CPU temp was about 120 degrees F. Mind you, this was after playing Halo for a long time and installing XP and such. Any ideas? My CPU idels around 40 degrees Celcious (104+- degrees)

Maybe...
Start->Control Panel->Power Options->Power Schemes

But it probably isn't the cure because you stated that it only occurs when playing UT2004.

And it looks like you are reaching temperatures that are much too high. How many fans do you have running that beast?

120F is only 49C. An average idle temp.

Too hot would be 70C which is ~160F.
Though check what temp. the P4 is set to shut off and clock throttle.

I would just recheck your setting in bios again. If the memory is unstable it also could restart.
