Should I buy this PSU?

Ignore the fact that it's ugly. I want to know if the psu will be able to power an athlon 64 3700+
vantec cpu fan
2 small case fans
2 HDD (one ATA, one SATA)
evga 6800gs
DVD-ROM
CD-RW
a few minor PCI devices

Also, is it a quality psu or will it ruin my computer after 6 months?

This is the important line, and those numbers are fine.

As to voltage stability, max sustained output, heat, sound, etc, no idea. Search for a review.
