I quite like the Sim City games, and i was wondering if Sim City 4 was worth it. I know my computer will be able to run it, as its brand new top of the range. But i wondered if it offers much over Sim City 3000. Ive heard differing opinions, but most have been from people who dont even have the game.

I can sell you an used one with the box and manual in excellent condition. You tell me how much you'd want to pay if at all. It's a legit copy.

I've got SC4 and the expansion - yes it's worth it.

Perhaps...Although i notice you live in Texas. Considering the fact i live in England, it would probably be easier to just buy it here, what with the mailing costs.

I might jsut buy it for christmas...wrap it up and everything. Yeah, i realise you might think giving yourself stuff is sad, but i might as well wrap it up considering its christmas. Besides, its no different to buying something for yourself anyway...only with this you can the excitement of unwrapping a present.

I'll wrap it up for you and send it to you, leeme see how much UPS charges to ship things like that. I'm checking on that now. I know you haven't agreed to buy it yet, but I just want to see.

What's your city and postal code? you can PM me if you don't want to post it here, or if you don't want to tell me that's also fine.

Simcity 4 is ok by itself, with rushhour its pretty fun. I usually always cheat so I don't have to wait forever to have a decent sized city. :)

Hehe. So what features does it have over the other games?

England, Greater Manchester,
Post code SK15 2JU
County, Cheshire
Town, Stalybridge

its definatley good.... gfx are nice.

you dont build just one city....you build several of them connected to each other on differant plots of land.

small power lines are automatic.

to me it doesnt have the "personal" feeling of simcity and simcity 2000 (2000 being my favorite SC game)

rushhour sounds interesting....havent tried it yet....(kind looks like GTA2)

Hmm, il think about it. It could work out cheaper for me, but that depends on how long i wait and whether it will be reduced in price any time soon.

I could never keep a city going, I always end up destroying the hell out of it.

Hahah, same, waiting and wondering why development zones won't develope is a lot less fun than controlling a tornado while a meteor shower goes on in the background.

True...Destroying Cities is so much fun. But ive always found managing all the aspects of the cities great. Its just my mind set, i like using money creatively, not just like your everyday consumer. Ive been told i have a very business like mind. I know that im good with money ( i dont just mean numbers ), i just have a way with it. I tihnk tis because generally people are controlled by money and their need for it to live off, but like i said, im creative. I know how to use it so it works for me.

I have it, and I love it... (but I don't have rush hour, is that good)?
