Should I reinstall a third time?

Whenever I try to get to a game and it asks me to install, I press the install button, and then it freezes. Should I reinstall this again or what?

It still won't work after my 9th. So don't get your hopes up.

Well sixth time i downloaded the Steam + Cache thing, and it worked ( slow start, from clicking the exe till steam start tho )
