Should I upgrade?

Im thinking about getting a new graphics card soon (possibly geforce9 series)
And im wondering wether i should go in for a whole new pc. I have alright specs but on a old Nf4 mobo and ram, i wonder if this will bottleneck a band spanking new card?
System at the moment..
Nf4 mobo
2gb DDR400 pc3200 ram (2 sticks)
Amd x2 3800+ @ 2.55Ghz (skt939)
Geforce 8600gts

Depends if it will be the mid-range or high end cards from the new series. Not sure how much of an improvement the jump between series will be either.

I wouldn't go with a new system at all unless you skip the mid-range GPU section.
