"should not see me"

I was resarting my computer today and a window came up, it was your typical "Windows is ending a program, click cancel if you want to do it manually click end now blah blah" but there was something strange I noticed about the name of the program. It was named "should not see me"

Very weird name... I also was sceptic about it's spelling.. no capital letters where they should be

I.E. : "Should Not See Me"

Does anyone know what this is? If it's a problem please let me know how to fix it.
