... preferably containing your gaming rigs / etc.

I'll start:

Way too tidy for a gamers room! You must have a maid, preferably black.

I always wonder about the people who are forced to have their computer in their kitchen or family room. Do they cry when threads like these are created?

I would assume so :(

My condolences, friends.

Nah. I'm kind of used to having it out in the living room, always feel a little isolated in my room (and cold). Don't have to give it up to others very often either, being the sole computer nerd of the family (and, as naturally follows, the designated go-to guy for tech support ).

Anyway, my room's a shithole at the mo. Only use it for sleep and storage - mostly on the floor...

Edit - Storage on the floor that is. I has a bed now!

The possibility of breaking into a random, awesome, guitar solo is so high it makes everything else not matter.

err, umm, bump!

Here's my cubicle at work...where I will spend most of my weekdays during the summer :|

three keyboards, three mice, 7 PCs, LCD projector, laptop, external hard drive, iPod

My bookcase: Pretty neat and kept

My bed: Only slightly messier. Still not bad.

My Desk: Erm, quite a bit messier.

My Closet: BURN IT! Also, my bookcase is too small so now i use part of my bed.

Also, this is the date on my calendar:

Its the same as the last two "post your desktop" threads we've had.

Yea, I only bumped it because I actually had something new to contribute (my work space).

Ill tidy up my room then post it 5 days later.

I am crying very much so at this very moment. It's so fecking irritating having this tiny little corner of the living room. Whenever I bust out my MIDI keyboard, I need to clear out a space and set out my stand in the middle of the room. And it's impossible to get any electronics work done when my mom's laptop isn't available for use, as my workbench is in my room.

Although I suppose that the whole reason it's here in the living room is my own fault...

Kinda nice in some respects though. I can turn on the living room TV, put something on the stove, and post on HL2.net at the same time.

Umg multi-nerding.

Heh, I have a black folder just like yours Krynn, that's where I keep my Uni work. I used to roll all of them untill one of the teachers went all ape shit on me and I had to buy a folder:p

what do you do for work, baal?

Didn't expect to take this long, but I was in a meeting.

Alright, so basically what I do is IT Infrastructure Support, which is essentially helpdesk. But I'm just a student so I don't really do helpdesk, I kind of just sit around and wait for someone to give me something to do. I'm in a government office building, and I service the Department of Justice, which is three floors. I've also been to three different court houses to do some random repairs as well.

But so far this week...I haven't done anything!

I hope you guys like me around here, because I'm here to stay, at least during work hours :O

Where did you get that desk? Looks similar to the one I have, but mines falling apart and I need a new one.

Can't remember, pretty sure I got it from Staples along with the chair.
