Actually looks worthy of the video game adaptation. I'm keeping both of my eyes on this one.

holy shit, they nailed that little teaster there, that was creepy as anything and it did look straight from the games - this may finally be the video game adaptation we were all waiting for

also, the guy who directed it also directed Brotherhood of the Wolf, which is a pretty cool film - my expectations for this are very, very high

It's pretty hard to see. In one of the flashes near the end you can see what looks like Pyramid Head throwing something away or punching something.

Anyone noticed the flash with the feet? Looks like a nurse dragging a steel pipe.

I guess they put him in because he's kind of an icon of the series. You're right about

him being there to punish James, among other things. He's a creation of James' mind, however he was based on the old executioners of the town, so I suppose it's possible for him to be in the movie.
