Silent Hunter 3 Gold

Ubisoft sent out a press release announcing that its submarine simulation, Silent Hunter III, for PC DVD, has gone gold. The game is set to launch March 15 at the manufacturer's suggested retail price of $39.99 - rated "I" for Teen.

Do read the previews too, SH3 is much less linear than SH2 and apparently features a great RMG I've heard.

whats an RMG? Excuse my newbness.
I love U-boat sims, mainly because of the stealth... and running away and diving etc, its like being Sam Fisher... but as a boat, with better weaponry and seeing destruction.

Will this game be WW2 based or modern times?

And you do know, all your crew has voice recordings etc, so they can acctually yell stuff etc, and you can view the inside, with them there, in gloryfull 3D, it's gonna be lovely, I only hope they have good "tutorials" for "newbs" because I've basically forgotten everything since I played SH2

Im abit worried about the map navigation and the process of changing course and using a possible sighting corridor scares me... i hope i get used to it quick !!
