Silent PSUs exist?

Im looking to get a PSU to replace my Hiper 520W. Are there any silent PSUs? Or maybe quiet ones?

I was skeptic because I never heard of XCLIO before. It is very quiet though and works flawlessly. The cables are all wrapped up and everything is perfect. The directions are bad but are better on their website.

Any Be Quiet! PSU. I have the one with 2*80 fans, only time I have heard some noise near it was when I was listening to it too close (almost lost some hair).

i have that Xclio above and its excellent and quiet. also ive heard that zalman psu's are silent also.

Seasonic S12 and Corsair HX (made by seasonic) are both great series.
