Simple newbie questions

Hi folks. Pardon my ignorance but...

How do you bring up the console in HL:S (and HL2)?

Do the HL cheats (God, etc.) work in HL:S?

How do you start a program with a command line parameter in Windows XP?

Sorry, I'm sure everyone but me knows these things, because I can't locate the answers anywhere...

You must specifiy in the options for "Keyboard" under the "Advanced" tab to enable the "Developer Console".

I believe the cheats should be exactly the same, since none of the real game code was changed, more of just an engine port.

Command line parameter in Windows XP is done through shortcuts to the Program (EXE) in question, you just add whatever needed comments to the end of the "Target" path.
