Simple problem, take a sec to help a newb!

How can I reset defaults in CS:S? I did some tweaks my friend said, but now its all laggy. I don't remember the things I did, and would be a big help if I could reset all the default, out-of-the-box settings. Is there a client console command or something that will do this?

Yeah, there is a way. You could go into C:\Steam\SteamApps\YOURNAME\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg and delete the config.cfg and the autoexec.cfg if you have one. It should re-create the config file with all the default settings.
