Since right around the last steam update my ping while playing both HL2DM and CSS has gone from an average around 40 to a whopping 150-250. I can't seem to locate the problem. I have all programs that maybe using bandwidth closed and I've searched my computer several times searching for viruses and have found none. I don't notice any difference with any of my other internet activity, it's only when I'm playing css or hl2dm. I checked the steam technical faq and found nothing. Any tips as to how I can fix this would be extremely appreciated!
