Site time wrong

I've noticed that the site time is inaccurate. It's about 10 minutes fast compared to my clock, and I checked mine... it's about 1+1/2 minute fast over these guys:

Not quite sure how it keeps happening. For some reason the clock keeps gaining time. Same happened last year.

within 15 seconds, by my measurements. looks good

I set it to about 15 seconds away from the GMT link in the first post (because i was too slow updating it )

The server time isn't set to GMT though, I just used that for the minutes and seconds
