Well I have been saving up enough money for that lovely big house in skingrad, a much wanted upgrade from my shack on the waterfront. There is one eewny weeny hitch. The butler who handles the deed is dead, now before you start blaming me for killing an innocent, well it wasn't my fault. I talked to him, he told me I don't have enough money and such, so I went on a mass selling trip and all. When I return I am riding my horse to the main gate, where the stables is. And as I on my horse stride by, I see an orc body. You can SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING. Its the butlers body, I think he may have been eaten by a curious wolf or even a moun tain lion, I am not sure but to be blunt he is quite, quite, quite dead. Is there any other way I may be able to purchase the house. If there isn't please just say but if there isn't I shall go and buy a slightly lesser house or even better go on a nobles killing spree.

I don't think there is another way. I'd try Arborwatch in Chorrol. Thats a nice house and its only 20000.

Thanks Sanada but that made me laugh he fell offf a bridge LMAO, more likely a guard pushed him or something. His last words "Orc on the edge" how the **** cxan you fall off a bridge thats metres wide and got walls, oh the wonders of gaming and their bugs eh.

The game's full of bugs but I guess that's normal. The more you progress through the game the worst it gets I find. ATM, I'm suffereing from the annoying "Items Dissapearing from Containers" bug.

Well I can help you there, if you take out some of your items from that container you will find SOME of your items WILL reappear, this is a long shot and works for some but not others. And if you have placed them in containers in the street I believe they are taken by the owners or thieves

They're there when you use "Take All" but even when I put them back it they still disappear no matter what I do.

I just noticed something. This storage bug I have seems to affect all storage and even your main invertory. So, because of this, I decided to sell the affending items which was armours and weapons. I basically had about 2-5 of the same thing so I just sold the duplicates and only kept one of each item. Once I had done this I noticed a game speed increase. My FPS must have atleast doubled in some areas.

Yes, I've heard people discussing this, and the general agreement was that it is quite possible that the further you progress in the game, you will lose some performance. Whether this is entirely the fault of having 100 items in a box somewhere, or quests, I don't know, but I think it's pretty ridiculous that they couldn't save the items in your storage box to the hard drive and be done with it. Why even hold that in memory or whatever the heck it's doing is beyond me.

This is all just speculation, but I noticed performance got worse the further I got in the game, and had accumulated so many items, and you seem to have noticed a fps boost after selling some stuff. Much of the stuff I have been saving but it really isn't useful to me. I have a few hundred potions in my box for one thing. I'm too lazy to sell it.. I don't need money. :) Next time I play, I'm just going to sell 90% of that junk.
