CPU: P4 3.4GHz
RAM: 1GB
GFX: Ati x700
HD: 200GB 7200rpm
When I play HL2 the whole game is slow, and I'm not talking about fps, actually the fps increases. I had the same problem with CS:S but when I turned off my computer, then restarted it, the slowdown was gone and my fps dropped back to normal. But with HL2 it didn't work, my character walks slow, throws things slow(the objects even fall slow, like floating like a feather), everything moves slow. Like everything is in slowmotion, I've never seen anything like it. Anybody have any ideas how to fix this? Has this happened to anybody else?
