Small Grid?

I seem to have the Half-Life sized grid in Hammer 4.0... I haven't even installed the older versions of Hammer or Worldcraft on this system, yet the grid is only 16384 x 16384 units.

Anyone else have this problem and solved it? Or just plain know how to get it configured properly to having the proper Half-Life 2 sized grid.

I never had the problem, but I'm guessing it would be solvable by going into Hammer -> Tools -> Options, and checking that everything is set to "Half-Life 2" for the wad format, etc.

Alright, I figured something out:

I had always been opening Hammer via a shortcut I placed on the desktop with the path to hammer.exe in the SDK bin folder. When I opened this, it had the smaller grid.

When I opened Hammer via Steam (Play Games -> Source SDK), the grid was the correct size.

So, this could maybe mean that the hammer.exe in the bin folder is not the same one that Hammer loads. I will try and locate the correct path (shortcut is much quicker to open Hammer than through Steam).
