My brother's a dog trainer, and his dogs do things quite similar to this, but I've never seen a dog that understands the differences between words like this one. Amazing, really.

That's awesome. Living on great expanses of land like that is great for dogs. I get annoyed when I see big dogs living in tiny apartments or in tiny backyards. My neighbour has 2 Alsatians that live in the backyard in a tiny enlcosed area. Not cool.

Agreed. I think all dogs should be able to get a lot of exercise every day, and especially in a big open area. My brother lives in an apartment, but he takes his dogs to work, and takes them for walks every day, goes to the park and plays with them, trains them more, and they're the happiest dogs ever. I like seeing stories like this one, though. It's one of those things that SHOULD be on the news. It's heartwarming, and makes you feel good.

Those people exist. They're common. It's a heavy southern accent... very common. Rancher types are quite common too.

I used to live around these kinds of people, and they are actually very smart people. Eloquent, helpful, and just all around good people. The real Amurica. I don't think it matters how smart someone is anyway, as long as their ideas make sense, and they have a good attitude towards life. This dude's just your typical hard-working, make-a-living-with-your-hands kinda guy.
