INSTALL
1. download SMOD-tactical-alpha1.rar, SMOD-tactical-alpha2.rar and SMOD-tactical-alpha3.rar
2. Make sure you have version smod37d2 of SMOD. Not all features will work without the latest version of SMOD. For help on installing the latest version of SMOD please check out kh0rn3's website.
3. extcat the files in order of alpha1, alpha2, then alpha3... etc. into your "/steam/steamapps/soucemods/" directory.
4. Ok on any files it asks to over write.
How to play
1. type this in the console : "exec realistic" then push enter.
3. To gain access to the weapons type
"exec draw"
this will give you just a pistole
If you want everything type:
"exec all_tactical"
Or pick them up from the dead.
I suggest giving yourself weapon_custom1 only and picking up the other from you opponents.
2. Have fun
Are you a bad enough Dude to play this mod?
This mod can be pretty hardware intensive!
People having issues with crashes please try the following.
If you do not have a DirectX 9 card you need to run this file while in game.
"exec screeneffect_dx8"
You won't get all the great effects... but oh well.
If your game is too laggy try these two commands.
"exec performance_recomm"
"exec gore_hl2"
If you are getting bugged with how you keep running into corpses.
"exec ragdollcollide_reduce"

This is a modification SMOD for those who like realism based games.
Nothing is perfect, (this is alpha 3) so have fun, and comments are welcome.
I am taking weapon suggestion, but please don't be offended if I don't implement your suggestions. Not all of the models, sounds, skins, animation, and code are mine. Please see the credits directory for a list of authors.
This requires the latest version of SMOD.
I will not field questions on how to install SMOD or where to find SMOD, you need to do that research yourself. Any issues with installing the mod may be directed here.

This unlocks bullet time.
Suggestions on new weapons?
Give the name of the weapons
Link the model you want used.
Write a description of why you want to see the weapon in Tactical, and how its different or useful given the weapons that are currently in the mod.
Give me this info, and I"ll try my best to get back to ya.
And please don't be upset if I say no, or nothing at all.
