It's always good to use references when drawing animals.

The biggest issue I'm seeing there is the weird giraffe-neck.
Also, the ears are small, the eye is big/overslanted and the nose area seems a bit oddly shaped. the teeth are also rather uniform in shape, which looks odd.
The flat uniformity of the fur texture is also distracting. It needs some 3-D, otherwise you may be better off without it.
