2. Make a new shortcut to Steam and add "-dev -console", quit Steam and launch it with this new shortcut
3. Go to steam://forceupdate/1330 in your browser
4. Cross your fingers. This only seems to work for about 1 in 5 people

No idea if this works guys, I can't test it right now. Let me know

It's true guys. I just played it and it was alright. Breen was a totall rip off from Mecha-hitler. Shephards cameo was cool though. He was all, I'll get you a beer. Love the boss fight against Gman when you get the jet-pack and use Kung fu shit.

Yeah I got a whole bunch of people to try this and it isn't working - friend claimed it worked for 6 people out of 30. Either a) Valve have closed the hole or b) he be trollin'. Oh well. Sorry if this got anyone's hopes up!

Of course they failed. There has been no public announcement on Ep3 yet, no screenshots or wow-material and, I believe Valve have learned their security lesson since the HL2 beta code leaking.

Oh, and tell your friend or whoever made the map that it needs tons.. tons of improvements.

Virtually anyone can take a picture they made in Garry's Mod, do a little editing, and claim it's real. Most of us here have grown accustomed to not getting our hopes when someone shows a 'supposed' screen shot from Episode Three. You need evidence to back it up. My best bet is that we'll be learning information from Episode Three throughout different news sources first, not actual gameplay, as your friend was saying. Besides, Valve isn't immature enough at all to have another leak on their material. It's just not going to happen.

I am not claiming this stuff is real. Personally, I'm on the fence as he has a track record of telling the truth, and I know him. However I realise you guys don't know him from Adam and I in fact would advise disbelief. The reason I made the post here was to see if his method worked for other people - which it doesn't. Unless he actually produces something that constitutes proof, my interest ends there.
