so to clear up this whole dod 2 cs 2 cz source thing

they are making dod 2 and cs 2 correct?
Condition zero is for half-life 1 and will not be made for source?
whats the difference between CZ and cs 2?

i looked but its not in the read here first and i'm just generally confused thanks

id laugh so hard if 3 people in the world bought CZ

but, my theory is that if HL2 does badly (if.) like so many new games have with uber graphics, CZ is a fall back item, if you know what i mean...

no i don't know what you mean, i just bought a new comp just for hl2. its going to be game of the decade.

DoD 2 and CS 2 are not confirmed.

Condition Zero is based on the Half-Life engine with a lot of tweaks. It will be a standalone game for purchase in stores.

CS2 got confirmed 2 years ago when Gabe said that Minh is "working on Counter-Strike 2, which will use the same engine as TF 2". IIRC CS2 was also mentioned on some kind of news show where Gooseman was interviewed.
