So, uh, I've gone and colored a tank

It's an Academy K1A1 Main Battle Tank. I've actually made the thing last year, but never got around to painting it.

Over the course of a week, I've slowly gone and painted the thing. It was a 1/35 model, and I only had brushes, so it was a bit hard. Not to mention that my painting skills are near-zero and my experience with armor painting very little.

I tried to show a little bit of dirtiness on the hulls, although I seem to have made it so that the camo looks a little smushed.

But still, I think it came out decently, although I hope that I can do marginally better next time.

Sorry for the hideous quality of the pics; I've only a phone camera.

for a more realistic look you should add some civilians about to be run over by the tank

you can even add these guys

Looks snazzy. Now all it needs to be is 1/35 of the weight.

I dunno where I can find "civilian" (READ: Terrorists) models screaming in terror.

Next up, F-15K Strike Eagle.

Looks pretty good, especially for your first job. Painting is one of those things that is so mind-numbingly difficult to be precise that I just get so frustrate with it. You'll definitely get better with practise though.

Looks great Numbers, I could never paint models anywhere near that well :<

you're right. I actually looked for some and couldnt find them. I guess you could always put regular civilians face down as if they're already dead
