I was expecting problems, but from reading all the topics on various forums it really doesn't look like valve have done a very good job with steam, authentication, offline mode, the installation process as a whole, not to mention the sound/hardware problems, reboots, etc.
I mean something like installation not working when you deselect CS:S is something that really should have been picked up with testing.
So what do you make of all the problems?
