Does anyone else think its been just a little to long since we got any info about dod:s?

And on a similar note, why did it take untill december to release a single new cs:s map, and when do we get more?

I've been out of the loop for a while now because of WoW, but from the looks of things everything is the same as it was in october, besides prodigy and the stuttering fix.

lol wots wrong with wow, i was goin to get it in feb.
as for those updates we are still waitin, guess they come eventually :p

They do the best job ;0)

But the guy has a point, if we wait till december for the prod map does this mean we will get a map a month?

I dont expect them to break their back's but there are smaller things that we are still waiting for (model skins), i assume they'r working on DOD or something like that, or on holliday as they should be ;0)

It's actually a little reassuring that they take some time to send out DOD: Source. Hopefully they are tyring to make some serious changes to it, not just an update on the graphics (cough CS cough). If you ask me, they can take as much time as they want, as long as they get it right.

I don't mind if they take their time. But why then tease us with that "DoD:Source - Coming Soon" in Steam!!! I have to look at that every time I launch a game and it drives me nuts. Soon is "not when its done"... or after "many months of development". That's like saying fusion powered cars will be a mainstream reality "soon". Maybe not that extreme, but you get my drift.

I feel sorry for the people who aren't HL2 community members and bought the collectors edition of the game that says you get DOD:Source with it. I mean, how would you guys feel if you bought a game that tells you you get something with it, only to try to play it and find out it will be availible "when it's done"?

I dont think those who bought the retail CE get dod:s.
