hello i have this thread in another forum section but no one replied to it so i will post it here.
i have used the search several times and came out with answers for only 3ds max and shitty lightwave.
my question is that i wanna make some models and put them in the source for counter strike. but how do i access the .mdl files in softimage xsi? or even maya? i know some of the mods are doing it and there has to be an easy or decent way. i don't wanna download the XSI EXP cause i have PAID for a foundation version for softimage XSI which cost quiet alot so i rather use it cause it doesn't have water marks or anyhting.
so if you modders or anyone with this knowledge kicking around please help me out cause this totally screwing up my curve.. if the valve people are around please reply
