Some Questions - Lighting and Cubemaps

Ive made a small office template, and i eqipped it with lights and a switch that Toggles them. When i toggle the lights with the switch, they dont turn off, they just get dim. It doesnt matter if i use dynamic, spotlights, or regular light.

What is a env_cubemap, and what the hell do i need it for? Thanks yall.

if you google a bit and read the docs.

In short, cubemaps are needed to do reflections of the environment on water and on reflective surfaces (some floors, guns,...)

If you have reflections (all guns have), you must place env_cubemap entities around your map and do the buildcubemaps thing in the console.
