Some Steam Client Updates

A couple of Steam updates have been released that affect the client so make sure you restart to get the changes. Updates include:[br]

• Fixed the Serverbrowser incorrectly refreshing on startup
• Fixed mouse input not being blocked in Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars when the in-game overlay is enabled
• Fixed cases where the server browser would fail to populate properly
• Fixed failing to update because files were locked by other programs

I've not tested these fixes, but I'm glad they're trying to sort out the server browser. I've got so used to refreshing it twice then doing a few quick refreshes to get some reasonable pings...
