The webcam is from a porn site, (yeah people pay to see that stuff hehe) but its one of those unsecure ones that can be accessed outside of the site. Or probably through that google exploit thingy. Or maybe the guy/girl/thing/it doesn't want to make money from it, though I doubt that.
