im trying to expand my music listening
and recently came across paul oakenfield southern sun and i LOVE IT i have also listened to above and beyond they have some fanatastic europhic trance.

Do any of you knowledge forumers have any recommendations that are similar to sourthern sun

Oh man Euphoric Trance is just about the best genre ever

Maybe even better than Euphoic Hard Dance and Hard Euro Funk House and Deep German Tech House

Anyway, rather than making fun of Euphoric Hard Funky Deep Techy Trance I will just say

Make an account on last.fm, listen to music you like, and it will recommend you similar artists. It's quite nifty.

Bust out the glowsticks. I keep a pair firmly wedged in my slacks.

haha your so right, the more i listen to euphoric trance songs the more every other genre fades away

dj tiesto adiagio for strings which got me into eurphoric trance in the 1st place because it was the only decent song clubs played on nights out

Yeah man nah man I reckon that euphoric trance is just so goooood like it's so challenging, and it's so deep, and it's so moving, I really think euphoric trance is just the best genre out there at the moment except for maybe Hard Euro Funk House which is also meannnn XDDDDD

I mean when you're in the club and they're playing some euphoric trance or some euphoric hard dance you feel so at one with the universe man it's incredible, those 4 to the floor kicks and those saw waves with delay awww man it's sooooo sick

You just feel right, you know, and you're drinking your Smirnoff Ice and it's soooo delicious and you're riding the ecstasy waves man and the DJ's like amping up the crowd and you're like 'yeah man this is how it's meant to be man, this is it, right here. Yeah I really like euphoric trance, it's totally sick.
